Junior ISSO Apex Systems is immediately hiring for a Junior ISSO with a government client in support of the Navy! Position requires a currently active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance Location: 100% on-site in Suitland, MD Schedule: Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours Pay Rate: $40-45/hour Salary Conversion: $85k - $95k Contract Duration: 6-month contract-to-permanent-hire opportunity
Requirements
- Candidate must hold a currently active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
- Active CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
- Knowledge of NAVINTEL ICD 503 Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation policies and directives
- Knowledge of Department of the Navy (DON) cybersecurity policies and directives
