About the Role Join ORTEC as a Junior Implementation Consultant focused on Field Services, bridging customers and the ORTEC Field Service (OFS) software. You’ll help implement OFS to optimize technician schedules and service routes, enabling adaptive planning and faster responses to disruptions. What You'll Do
- Analyze customer planning processes and translate them into a practical OFS solution approach.
- Configure OFS to match the agreed design.
- Support integration of OFS into the customer’s application landscape.
- Prepare and support testing and go-live.
- Train and guide users and document the solution setup. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field.
- Recent graduate or up to a few years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills and quality focus.
- Communicative, people and customer oriented.
