The Opportunity Hitachi Energy is looking for a Junior HSE Specialist to join the Service Business Unit based in Lodi, Italy. In this role, you will support the development of a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of HSE performance.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Spreading of the HSE culture through the Organization and arising of awareness on relevant documentation and tools.
- Collecting and reporting of HSE performance indicators
- Applying HSE corporate reporting tools and instructions and development of HSE projects.
- Implementing local and Corporate HSE standards and guidelines
- Performing assessments on HSE topics and driving the implementation of corrective actions
- Engaging safety representatives, RLS and company doctor.
