YOUR MISSION: The Junior HR Business Partner is fully immersed in the entire HR lifecycle, developing critical skills and knowledge within a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and plays a crucial role in supporting our commercial organisation. Working closely with our Senior HR Team to be hands on in contributing to the development and implementation of impactful HR initiatives. This role spans diverse HR areas, including Project Management, Employee Relations, and international HR practices, within a Maison HQ and as part of an international Luxury Group. The Junior HRBP is instrumental in supporting managers, driving key people initiatives, and helping to cultivate a high-performance culture.
