Job Description
ICE is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to play a vital role in delivering high-quality HR advisory and generalist support across the UK and wider EMEA region. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to further develop and strengthen their HR business partnering capability within a dynamic, international environment. Working closely with Manager’s employees, and HRBP’s the Junior HRBP will provide pragmatic, employee-centric advice to support a positive and productive workplace, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contribute to the delivery of strategic business objectives. The role will include supporting employee inductions, manage flexible working requests, and facilitate wellbeing and employee support meetings.
