Job title: Junior DevOps Engineer
We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join Ankur's Technology & Engineering team in a mentored, hands-on role working directly with the Engineering Lead to build, deploy, monitor and operate production infrastructure while gradually taking ownership of key infrastructure responsibilities.
Role Details:
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
- Employment: Hybrid
- Level: Specialist 2L
- Monthly Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000
Responsibilities
- Work with and maintain CI/CD pipelines from commit to production.
- Help provision, configure and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Work with Docker and containerised environments.
- Support monitoring, logging and alerting systems.
- Apply security best practices, including least-privilege access, secrets management, patching and hardening.
- Automate operational tasks using Bash and Python.
