About the Role The Junior Associate AR at Guidehouse supports accounts receivable activities in India, focusing on claims status, denials, and timely resolution. - Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments.
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
- Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
- Prioritize pending claims for calling from the aging basket and perform calls in compliance with international norms and confidentiality rules (HIPAA where applicable).
- Work on denials, rejections, LOAs to accounts and make required corrections to claims.
