About the Role We are seeking a strategic, analytical Junior Account Manager to help scale growth in the Ecommerce space, focusing on Tangle Teezer’s Amazon North American business with collaboration across other marketplaces like TikTok Shop. This role reports to the KAM, ECommerce and supports day-to-day and long-term success for the brand’s e-commerce presence.
What You'll Do
- Help achieve account growth and performance targets through promotions, site content optimization, assortment analysis, and other strategies in partnership with the KAM, internal teams, and agencies.
- Work closely with an Amazon agency on day-to-day operations, aiming for operational excellence, sales goals, and profitability.
- Lead business communication by cascading information and customer needs across internal/external stakeholders to support Amazon’s 3P business.
