This role is responsible for defining digital banking operating models, customer journeys, business processes, and technology requirements to support the implementation and transformation of digital banking products and services while ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements
A day in the life of this role:
- Define end-to-end digital banking processes for deposits, lending, payments, and other banking products.
- Design customer journeys across Mobile App, Web Banking, CRM, Contact Center, and self-service channels.
- Define and document business and functional requirements for Core Banking, CRM, Loan Origination, Payment, and Digital Onboarding solutions.
