About this role
The Role
This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Billing Jr analyst will:
- Support the billing function by assisting with accurate and timely billing activities for hotel and franchise operations.
- Perform routine billing tasks, revenue validations, and data maintenance under established procedures and supervision.
- Help ensure billing accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Partner with Billing Analysts and cross-functional teams (AR, Collections, Cash Application) to resolve basic billing issues and prevent downstream defects.
What you'll do
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of franchise billing and royalty rate data, and support the review of franchise revenue reports.
