- Lead global Field Medical Excellence initiatives that translate enterprise strategy into local execution and maximize Field Medical impact across markets.
- Define and optimize field engagement processes, including stakeholder profiling, engagement planning, documentation, analytics, and insight generation.
- Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align Field Medical strategy, systems, operating models, and ways of working.
