Janitor Team Members at Chili's are responsible for keeping the restaurant clean, sanitary, and welcoming for guests and team members. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning, safely handle cleaning chemicals, and assist with maintenance needs to ensure a great Chili's experience. - Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of trash.
- Work with management to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, including storage and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
