About the Role En ROMEU buscamos un IT Systems Technician para brindar soporte técnico especializado a usuarios finales y sistemas corporativos, garantizando la disponibilidad, estabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de la organización. Actuará como punto de escalamiento para incidentes complejos, gestionando la resolución de problemas relacionados con hardware, software, redes, servicios en la nube y plataformas empresariales. What You'll Do
- Soporte Técnico: Proporcionar soporte de primer y segundo nivel a usuarios internos y externos.
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes relacionados con sistemas operativos, aplicaciones empresariales y dispositivos informáticos.
- Gestionar solicitudes de servicio e incidentes mediante herramientas de ticketing.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz (Root Cause Analysis) para problemas recurrentes.
