Section: About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to ensure the smooth operation of the firm's IT systems, including hardware, network connectivity, and software support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in hardware troubleshooting and a solid understanding of enterprise applications, preferably within the financial services industry.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and system malfunctions promptly
- Provide technical support to staff across all departments
- Conduct routine checks on IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements with approved vendors
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points
