- Troubleshoot issues across environments
- Implement automation to streamline IT and security operations What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT/security operations across GCP and SaaS
- Experience with Google SecOps/Chronicle
- Okta experience
- Automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Laptop fleet management
- Familiarity with Terraform or similar
