MISSION
The IT Program Senior Manager is responsible for owning the operational cadence of the IT Transformation Program: consolidated planning, milestone tracking, risk anticipation, cross-lever dependency management, and executive reporting. Ensure the program delivers on time, on budget, and with auditable savings — and that the TMO itself operates as a high-performing, institutionally durable structure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program Execution & Cadence
- Own and maintain the consolidated program plan across all levers — milestones, dependencies, critical path, and delivery sequencing.
- Run weekly execution reviews with stream leads; surface blockers before they impact milestones.
- Track savings delivery: realized vs. target, by lever and by period; flag variance early and with enough lead time to acty.
