IT Operations Specialist
The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructure supporting plant operations. This role manages daily IT support activities, monitors systems and networks, assists with infrastructure maintenance, supports cybersecurity practices, maintains asset inventory accuracy, and provides user guidance to ensure operational continuity and productivity.
Main responsibilities: Oversee daily IT operations to ensure reliability and performance of plant IT systems and infrastructure. Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Monitor IT systems and networks to identify performance issues, security threats, and operational risks. Support the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure in coordination with the Network Operations Team.
