Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues. Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical device handling as needed. Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred. This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $20 - $22 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
