About this role
Job title: IT Officer
We're looking for an IT Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable systems for banking operations in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Monitor IT systems, network performance, and security.
- Manage user access, system accounts, and IT documentation.
- Support banking applications and systems.
- Perform system backups and assist with data recovery.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in banking or financial services.
