About the Role The IT Officer provides day-to-day technical support to hotel team members and guests, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, network infrastructure, and guest technology services. The role also supports preventive maintenance, IT security, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and end-user issues.
- Support guest technology services, including Internet, IPTV, meeting room technology, and hotel digital platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and related infrastructure.
- Maintain IT asset records, equipment inventory, and technical documentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, backups, and endpoint security checks.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support when required.
