Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Asset Management
- Create/maintain authoritative records in CMDB/asset tools (ownership, location, status, config, warranty, costs).
- Execute MACD: additions, migrations, swaps, RMAs, and decommissions; coordinate on-site remote hands.
- Validate demand, place orders (per client process), and track shipment → delivery → acceptance.
- Manage spares/VMI programs; define min/max, reorder points, and placement strategy.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the initial point of contact for vendor queries on shipments, access, and documentation.
- Schedule remote-hands, ERAD/ITAD pickups, and de-installs; verify certificates of destruction/recycling where required.
