About the Role SOMA Group is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the investment team in structuring and analyzing real estate development and investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence coordination.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with senior team members of the investment team to conceptualize, structure, and analyze new deals and financing with private and institutional counterparties.
- Prepare and maintain the proforma for portfolio properties.
- Own and manipulate financial models to determine the financial feasibility of developing potential projects.
- Support development processes for potential development projects, including market analysis, construction cost and schedule estimates, and operational assumptions.
- Prepare investment documents for senior management and the Investment Committee.
