About the Role Caterpillar is seeking an Inventory & Material Flow Production Manager in Victoria, TX to lead inventory accuracy and optimize material flow within the production environment. What You'll Do
- Lead inventory accuracy initiatives and oversee material flow across production lines
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve throughput, reduce waste, and ensure on-time delivery
