About the Role Join Medline as an Inventory Coordinator in Operations at our St. Peters, MO distribution center. You will ensure that all inventory adjustments and financial discrepancies are researched, reconciled, and resolved to maintain inventory accuracy. You will lead cycle counts, manage error queues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate inventory data and efficient warehouse operations. What You'll Do
- Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and workload; train and mentor facility team members on inventory processes; adjust course as needed.
- Review Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily; reconcile discrepancies; perform adjustments in Catalyst and SAP to correct financial errors.
- Manage all error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV); research problem tickets; resolve issues.
