Job Summary
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for all Inventory Control activities for assigned distribution center and provides daily direction to the Inventory Control team to ensure consistent processes. This position ensures that the published company Inventory Control policies and procedures are implemented in a standard manner and that all Inventory Control teammates have been trained on the policies and the specific execution of related procedures.
Core Responsibilities
- Provides oversight, direction and accountability to all Inventory Control processes and ensures team adherence to company policy and procedure.
- Supervises the distribution center inventory control team to improve individual and overall team performance.
- Provides performance coaching, feedback, and counseling.
