Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a highly experienced and independent Internal Project Monitoring Manager (IPMM) to join its Risk Management team.
- The successful candidate will provide technical oversight and monitoring of construction, renovation, real estate development, and other project-based credit facilities financed by the Bank.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that financed projects are executed in line with approved plans, budgets, timelines, and quality standards while safeguarding the Bank's interests and minimizing construction-related credit risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess project feasibility and review architectural, structural, engineering, and project documentation.
- Validate project budgets, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), implementation schedules, and contractor qualifications.
