JOB SUMMARY
- The Internal Control Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, internal control procedures, and regulatory requirements across the mining site. The role involves monitoring financial and operational activities, conducting audits, identifying risks, preventing fraud, and safeguarding the company's assets, inventory, equipment, and resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine audits and inspections of site operations inventory, fuel usage, equipment, and financial transactions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and statutory regulations.
- Monitor the use of diesel, explosives, spare parts, and other critical mining materials to prevent losses and misuse.
