Internal Control Lead
We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Lead to design, implement and enhance the Group's internal control framework and perform control and risk assessments across the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and improve the Group’s internal control framework.
- Review business processes and identify control gaps and operational risks.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and control measures.
- Conduct financial and operational control reviews and risk-based assessments.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor implementation of audit and control recommendations.
- Review transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, authorisation and compliance.
- Prepare internal control reports for management.
