About the Role The Resident Internal Auditor is responsible for advising all levels of management on the company’s systems of internal control and management of business risk within the Port Harcourt location. The Internal Auditor supports management’s business objectives and provides assurance on the quality and cost effectiveness of internal controls. The role involves constant reviews and spot checks to safeguard assets, ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures, and verify that operations are conducted efficiently, effectively, and economically in line with company policies. It also includes ensuring management information systems are reliable and secure and that internal controls are built into systems under development and major projects achieve their objectives.
