About the Role Join Stibo Systems as an Intern in Internal Communication & Employee Engagement to help shape how we communicate with and engage employees across a global organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience across internal channels, storytelling, leadership messaging, and exploring AI-enabled communication.
What You'll Do
- Build content for internal channels such as Viva Engage, Virtual All Hands, and our intranet on SharePoint
- Learn and contribute to topics like recognition, workload, and growth, and see how they influence the employee experience
- Explore smart ways to integrate AI into our existing communication channels and rituals
- Tell meaningful stories about our employees in various formats
- Approximate period of internship is end of August until December; note this is an unpaid internship
