About the Role Thiel College seeks an intern interested in serving as an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. This role reports to the Director of Soccer / Head Men’s & Women’s Soccer Coach and the Director of Athletics. The selected candidate will assist with the organization and supervision of the women’s soccer program and help develop student-athletes both on and off the field. What You'll Do
- Serve as primary day-to-day support for the women’s soccer program and assist the Head Coach with organization and supervision of the program.
- Coach and teach instructional skills, tactical concepts, and player development.
- Recruit quality student-athletes with a commitment to academic and athletic success.
- Mentor and support student-athletes throughout the academic year.
- Assist with scouting and match preparation.
- Assist with planning and implementation of training sessions.
