Interim Controller - RGP Matawan, New Jersey, United States Pay Rate: $100-$120/hr Hybrid Contract Duration: 6+ months Work Location: 3-4 days on-site near Aberdeen Township, New Jersey
We are seeking a hands-on, operational Controller to join our finance leadership team. This is not a traditional back-office Controller role—we need a builder who can design scalable processes, optimize financial systems, and integrate acquired entities in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment. You’ll report directly to the CFO and partner closely with executive leadership to position us for continued national expansion.
What You Will Work On
- Own financial accuracy and compliance: Manage multi-entity close processes, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.
- Lead system optimization: Act as in-house expert for ERP and expense/AP platforms, driving automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.
