Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a Integration Lead to join the Talent Acquisition & Belonging organization. This role will report directly to the Chief Belonging Officer & Global Head of Talent Acquisition and serve as a critical integrator across FY27 priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes across the Talent Acquisition & Belonging (TAAB) function.
This individual will act as the central point of integration for TAAB, connecting strategy to execution, and will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition liaison for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activity.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity, and translates strategy into action.
