Seeking an ERP Integration Specialist to lead the enterprise-wide migration from IFS to Oracle ERP within a busbar manufacturing environment. This role blends technical ERP expertise with domain knowledge in electrical power distribution and manufacturing processes to drive data mapping, system configuration, and cross-functional integration efforts while ensuring minimal disruption to production operations. What You'll Do
- Lead and support the ERP migration process from legacy IFS to Oracle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Engineering, and Operations to integrate Oracle ERP with existing systems (including engineering tools, MES, supply chain management tools, and other databases)
- Develop and maintain data mapping, workflows, and system configurations to align with business needs
