About the Role Moderna is seeking a strategic Institutional Pricing & Access Lead to shape pricing, contracting, and access strategy across the U.S. institutional channel for Moderna’s respiratory vaccine portfolio. The role will develop and execute institutional pricing frameworks, optimize non-retail access, and drive growth across government accounts, public health organizations, IDNs, and 340B entities. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the U.S. institutional pricing and access strategy for Moderna's respiratory vaccine portfolio.
- Design and manage institutional pricing architecture aligned to commercial goals, reimbursement dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Establish contract pricing structures and volume-based pricing frameworks across government, public health, IDN, and 340B channels.
