About the Role Wir suchen einen Instandhaltungsingenieur (w/m/d) - ECM2 zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Flottenverfügbarkeit im Rahmen des VRR-Instandhaltungsprojekts. Du analysierst technische Probleme, optimierst Instandhaltungsprozesse und entwickelst Diagnose- und Wartungssysteme weiter, um Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Batterietriebezüge zu erhöhen und alle relevanten Normen und Sicherheitsanforderungen einzuhalten. What You'll Do
- Analyse und Behebung systematischer Fahrzeug- und Systemfehler, um Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Einsatzfähigkeit der Flotte zu steigern.
- Durchführung und Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements, damit technische Anpassungen sauber dokumentiert, sicher umgesetzt und langfristig nachvollziehbar sind.
