About the Role Flowserve is seeking a Quality Inspector to join its team in Santiago de Chile. This role supports the Quality organization by ensuring product quality and conformance to Flowserve standards in a manufacturing environment. The position aligns with Flowserve's culture of excellence, innovation and ownership and offers opportunities as an individual contributor or a potential team leader. What You'll Do
- Inspect and assess product quality and conformance to specifications.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to Flowserve quality standards. What We're Looking For
