Inside Sales
About this role
The Inside Sales role at cargo-partner is based in Beijing and supports the sales and logistics process. You will receive customer inquiries, assist the sales team with quotation preparation, and coordinate shipment arrangements after rates are confirmed.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer records in internal systems
- Manage SPOT and overseas invoice uploads
- Apply for customer credit terms
- Conduct cold calls
- Release orders to operations teams and overseas offices with complete SOP documentation
- Maintain effective communication with internal operations teams and international partners
- Follow up on shipments and processes
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the sales team
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- A passionate and proactive attitude
- Strong written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
