About the Role The Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL partners, while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on strengthening 3PL governance, ensuring distribution center (DC) performance, and leading cost improvement and efficiency enhancement projects across the end-to-end supply chain. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL
- Coordinate cold chain operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor shipment execution and ensure proper documentation and filing
- Manage inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues in day-to-day activities
