Position Summary
This role is focused on injection molding process improvement, equipment efficiency, leadership, employee development, and capital/regulatory projects. The successful candidate will manage multiple assignments of varying scope and complexity while driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Molding Manufacturing Unit's objectives by identifying performance gaps, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective corrective actions. Drive improvements in molding process effectiveness, equipment utilization, and overall operational efficiency. Apply established safety standards and ensure safe interaction between operators and manufacturing equipment. Maintain awareness of product performance and quality requirements related to assigned processes and projects.
