About this role
About the Role You will join the Industrial Methods department at a medical device production site in Meyzieu, France as an intern. You will drive field projects across Production, EHS, Quality, OPEX, logistics, maintenance and R&D, contributing to continuous improvement and industrialization efforts. The role offers hands-on experience in Lean, automation projects, and ergonomic improvements within a collaborative manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Continuous improvement/Lean: establish and improve work standards and work instructions; implement and optimize TPM; analyze workflow and identify waste; analyze production flows using the Extensim software.
- Industrialization: support current industrialization projects (automation, capacity increase, adaptation of logistics zones).
- EHS / Ergonomics: run small ergonomic improvement projects in collaboration with CARSAT (TMS Pro).
