About the Role Join Renault Group's apprenticeship program at the Le Mans site, where you’ll learn by doing on concrete projects in the Foundry. Under the guidance of a master craftsman and expert teams, you’ll progress toward your Bac+5 in a demanding yet supportive environment. This role focuses on gaining exposure to foundry production and leading product/process improvement projects for gray lamellar cast iron rotors. What You'll Do
- Discover the various foundry manufacturing stations and participate in product/process improvement projects related to the fabrication of rotors in gray lamellar cast iron.
- Be attached to the Technical Service of the Foundry Department and work closely with a maître d’apprentissage and experienced teams to advance toward your Bac+5 over 36 months.
