About the Role The Industrialization Engineer will lead and support the industrialization of wiring harness products from prototype to serial production, developing comprehensive manufacturing work instructions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role contributes to plant objectives in safety, quality, delivery and CI, and focuses on optimizing processes, skills, and equipment for superior quality and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Interface with all plant departments and related functions during a program launch or engineering change implementation.
- Prepare, control, and update Capacity studies and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Prepare technical documentation for production processes and establish methods and technology for wiring harness assembly.
- Prepare design manufacturing board layout and production area layout definitions.
