About the Role Industrial & Commercial HVAC/R Field Technician works directly under the Field Supervisor to provide on-demand service to CAPS customers. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of comfort and process-classified and non-classified HVAC/R equipment. What You'll Do
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial and commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications, and clearly explain issues and solutions to customers.
- Document equipment details, including make, model, serial number, building served, test measurements, and photos as needed.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer demands.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, supervisors, and management.
