About the Role The Industrial Section Leader will drive industrial engineering excellence at Lear's new Greenfield plant in Bizerte, Tunisia, leading process optimization, continuous improvement, and deployment of automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Reports to the IE Manager; partners with cross-functional teams to ensure productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. What You'll Do
- Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and operational excellence.
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and increase throughput.
- Drive and implement automation and digital transformation initiatives (Industry 4.0).
- Ensure adherence to automotive quality and process standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of process documentation and work instructions.
