About the Role
Randstad is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a safety-first manufacturing environment. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and facility infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (motors, pumps, mixers, fillers, cappers) and pneumatic systems to keep production moving.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain facilities infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, industrial wiring, boilers, and chemical piping systems.
- Champion safety by adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations, employing LOTO, confined space protocols, and proper PPE.
