About the Role The Industrial Engineer is responsible for the activities related to the support of all manufacturing processes including analyzing & improving quality, capacity, and capability. The role also supports Lean manufacturing initiatives, capacity planning, plant layout, capital expenditure justification, and technical support for new product launches. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain capacity planning models for multiple manufacturing lines and testing areas.
- Lead in the development & design of plant layout strategies in support of multiple manufacturing lines.
- Assist in the development and justification of Capital Expenditures.
- Provide technical support to various groups in support of new product launches.
- Identify & drive continuous improvement activities in Engineering and Manufacturing to achieve a Lean Mfg. Environment.
