We’re looking for experienced Certified Shorthand Reporters to join our deposition services network as independent certified court reporters, delivering high-quality transcripts and supporting scheduling and logistics. This role is part of a court-reporter-first company that emphasizes support and respect for reporters. What You'll Do
- Capture and deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts of depositions and other legal proceedings
- Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize certified transcripts to the highest standards
- Manage proceedings with professionalism, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, decorum, and adherence to procedural rules in your jurisdiction
- Mark and manage exhibits
- Collaborate with our operations team as needed for scheduling, setup, and technical coordination
