About the Role The Import Operations Specialist coordinates and manages air and ocean import shipments while supporting customs brokerage activities and customs entry processing. This role ensures the timely movement and clearance of freight, compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, and delivery of exceptional customer service. The Import Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, government agencies, overseas offices, and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant import operations. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of air and ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery.
- Prepare, review, and process import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, arrival notices, and customs-related documents.
