About the Role The Implementation Officer ensures new retail customers successfully adopt Moniebook POS, serving as their primary guide during the critical early adoption phase. You’ll bridge sales and customer success to transform newly signed retailers into confident, active users within the first 30-60 days, configuring Moniebook to fit their workflow and delivering effective training. What You'll Do
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans with milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (1-on-1 and group) on core features and workflows.
- Monitor usage, transactions, and feature adoption; proactively identify at-risk customers and intervene.
- Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders; be responsive and solutions-oriented.
